The company’s international award-winning product is Guided Hands™, an assistive device that enables individuals with limited hand mobility to write, paint, draw and access technology. The technology helps people of all ages with Cerebral Palsy, ALS, and spinal cord injuries among others affecting hand and arm function. Guided Hands™ is used during rehabilitation, recreation and in school. The device improves their quality of life by promoting independence, communication, self-expression, shoulder control, range of motion and the development of sensory motor skills. 

Guided Hands™ is purely mechanical and uses a sliding system to promote controlled and guided hand movements as the individual holds a 3D printed hand piece tailored to their level of hand impairment (accommodating low and high tone). The hand piece is connected to a flexible arm that holds various writing utensils, including markers, paintbrushes, pens, and a stylus, thereby alleviating the challenges faced by individuals with spasticity and muscle weakness. Guided Hands™ promotes the individual to use the gross motor skills in their shoulder rather than using the poor fine motor skills in their hand.
