Workshop Summary:

In this workshop, participants will learn practical tools and strategies to improve their executive functioning as assistive technology professionals. The workshop will cover techniques for efficient caseload management, email organization, inventory tracking, and scheduling techniques, all aimed at supporting executive functioning. Attendees will explore specific products and methods for streamlining tasks, such as digital task managers and scheduling apps, while learning how these approaches enhance service delivery. Quick-win tools to support the avoidance of digital distractions, tracking time, and managing email will be shared. Through case studies and actionable tips, participants will understand how these strategies not only improve professional efficiency but also benefit individuals who rely on assistive technology for greater independence and success.

Participants will be able to compare and contrast at least two methods for supporting executive functioning for each of the following areas: time management, organization, and attention
